Our hope is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, however, if you you are not, we are happy to accept your return or exchange. All items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, no exceptions. All items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, stained, washed or altered (whether by tailor or otherwise) in any way.

All packaging (including garment bags and hangers) shipped with your order must be returned.

We recommend scheduling fittings if you are within the Metro Atlanta, GA area to try on items prior to your purchase to ensure the items meets your desires before purchasing. 

To process a return, please reach out to info@lorubridal.com to initiate the return process and receive a shipping label. Returns must be mailed back within 5 days of printing the label. 

All refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days from the date the item is received by Loru. Please note - any rush production fees or expedited shipping charges are not eligible for refund. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
