  • Q: How do I order a dress online?
    A: Contact info@lorubridal.com with your specific inquiry and we will advise you online for your perfect fit. We will send you specific guidelines on how to take your measurements or refer you to a seamstress to get measured, so you can place your order directly online with confidence. You can also reference our ‘Size Chart’ below for guidance on choosing your garment’s size.
  • Q: How long will it take to make my garment?
    A: We know timing is everything, so we typically recommend our brides begin looking for dresses about six months before their wedding date. Standard production time is currently 12 weeks. However, if you need your item in less than the standard production time, please contact info@lorubridal.com and we will try to accommodate your request for a rush order. Note: There will be a $25 ‘Rush Order Fee’ applied to your order at checkout.
  • Q: What are your price ranges?
    A: Our 'Made-To-Order' designs are currently priced between $125 - $750. We also offer one-of-a-kind, custom made designs which currently range from $1000-2000.
  • Q: What does “Made-To-Order” Mean?
    A: 'Made-To-Order' means that each garment is produced specifically for that bride. We will not begin making the garment until the bride has placed her purchase.
  • Q: Do you provide custom designs?
    A: Yes! If you do not like the options available on the site and would like a custom design for your special day, please contact info@lorubridal.com. From there, we will schedule a consultation to begin designing your one-of-a-kind dress.
  • Q: Do you offer alterations?
    A: Unfortunately, we do not offer alterations. However, we can help you find local alteration shops in your area, free of charge.
  • Q: What can I do if I am unhappy with my online order?
    A: Our hope is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you aren’t, we are happy to accept your return or exchange. Please reference our return policy for more information.
  • Q: How can I clean my garment after my wedding?
    A: Your garment is extremely delicate so please don't attempt to dry clean it, as this can damage the garment. Please contact a professional dress cleaner near you to hand wash your dress after your wedding.
  • Q: How can I be featured on one of your social media channels?
    A: To be featured on one of our social media channels, please tag your photos with the hashtag #LoruBride. You can also send your high resolution images to info@lorubride.com.
